WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You can also pay using PayPal. Please note that we can only accept one form of payment per order.

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR UPDATE MY ORDER?

Please email support@shopmaylis.com as soon as possible. Before your order is processed, we would be happy to make any changes that we can. After your order is processed, we are unable to make changes.

HOW CAN I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?

You can view your order status by signing into your Account page and clicking on Order History. You will also receive an email from support@shopmaylis.com with a link to your order status, followed by an email with your tracking information when your order ships.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We ship to all 50 US States.

WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

We ship via USPS and UPS for a flat rate of $10. If you are not able to receive shipments from these carriers or are interested in expedited shipping options, please contact support@shopmaylis.com before placing your order.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

At this time, we offer $10 flat rate shipping for all non-expedited orders.

DO YOU EVER OFFER SALES OR PROMOTIONS?

We create our shoes in small production runs to minimize waste, and offer you our best possible pricing all year round. Because of these intentional decisions, we very rarely offer sales. The best ways to find out about promotions are to follow along on Instagram and subscribe to our newsletter.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Returns will be accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery. Items MUST be unworn (we recommend trying on shoes in a carpeted area to fully protect the soles) and in their complete original packaging to be eligible for returns or exchanges. Email support@shopmaylis.com to begin the process.

Once your return is received, please allow 5-7 business days for the return to be processed. Kindly note that the cost to ship your return will be deducted from your refund.

Yes, we offer free exchanges for in-stock inventory to help ensure you can find your perfect fit. Please email support@shopmaylis.com to begin the process.

HOW CAN I DETERMINE THE BEST SIZE FOR ME?

DOES THE FIT OF EACH STYLE DIFFER?

While the length (which determines the numerical size) of each shoe is calibrated to be comparable across styles, the fit may vary slightly due to different upper and toe box shapes. In the “Find the Perfect Fit” section of each product listing, we share suggestions based on the specific style. CAN I EXCHANGE MY SHOES FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?

Absolutely! As long as your shoes are unworn and eligible to be returned, we are happy to offer free exchanges in order to ensure you can find your perfect fit. Please email support@shopmaylis.com to begin your exchange, and let us know if you would like personalized assistance in determining the best size for you.
